Welcome to Chuu Chuu Merch and Swag. We work with trusted print-on-demand partners to create each product after your order is placed, ensuring every item is made with care and quality.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. During holidays or periods of high demand, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Canada. Additional international shipping may become available in the future.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Canada: 5–10 business days
• Remote Areas: Delivery may take additional time depending on the carrier.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your order.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Multiple Items

As our products are fulfilled through our print partner, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages depending on production and shipping locations.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). We'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs & Import Fees

Currently, orders shipped within Canada are generally not subject to additional customs duties. If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country.
